The privacy and security of your information is very important to DoYield. We want you to have confidence in the way we handle your information. This policy is designed to keep you transparently informed about how we use your information to manage and arrange your stay at our facility. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and partners by ensuring the protection, confidentiality and security of data in accordance with applicable legislation.

Each processing of data implemented by the Data Controller pursues a legitimate, determined and explicit purpose. For each of the processing operations carried out, our hotel undertakes to collect and use only data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. We ensure that the data is kept up to date and that procedures are in place to enable the deletion or rectification of inaccurate data.

Why do we process your personal data?

The data are necessary for the following treatments:

  • Contacting you to follow up on a request for information.

These data are exclusively used by the company DoYield.

Recipients of personal data

This information is not sold or given to third parties and is strictly reserved for the internal uses described above.

Our company ensures that only authorized persons have access to the personal data of our customers, i.e. our employees who are under an obligation of confidentiality as well as our partners and service providers.

Some personal data may be sent to third parties to meet legal, regulatory or contractual obligations or to legally authorized authorities (police headquarters, Paris City Hall, obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act, etc.).

Depending on your request, we may transmit personal data to third parties in order to subscribe to products and services with these third parties. The customer is informed that we are only responsible for our own data processing and that consequently the customers are invited to approach the third party recipients to be informed of the terms and conditions of the possible processing.

Subcontracting

When we need to use a service provider, we ensure that the latter presents guarantees on its ability to meet these security and confidentiality requirements.

We enter into contracts with our subcontractors in compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations, defining precisely the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data by the latter, in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data.

Legality of treatment

DoYield and each of its employees shall refrain from processing data collected in an unlawful manner.

Processing is lawful if at least one of the following conditions is met:

  • the data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes
  • the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the DoYield company is subject
  • the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the DoYield

You have rights to your data

Individuals whose data is processed have the following rights, unless otherwise required by law:

  • the right to erasure or the right to be forgotten;
